Answer: Please email us to nicolas@custom-reports.net if you need any information.

Question: Do you create only custom reports for StoneEdge Order Manager ?

Answer: We create custom reports, custom queries and export data to Excel. Please contact us if you wish to create any custom forms or modules. We will let you know if we can do it.

Question: How can I install the reports you created ?

Answer: We provide all the instructions to install the reports. It is very easy. We can also setup a remote desktop session free of charge. We will install the reports if you don't feel comfortable doing it.

Question: What is the estimated time frame for a custom report ?

Answer: It depends on the time of the year. It could be a few days or a couple of weeks.

Question: Do you charge if I need something I forgot to mention ?

Answer: If it is a minor add, change or update, we will do it free of charge. If it is a major change, we will provide a new quote and time frame.
