Nicolas took on a pretty complicated report for calculating finance charges for invoices that were past due, applying a variable finance charge to invoices 30 days past the ship date. It took him a little time to figure out, but he completed it masterfully for a very reasonable price.

Just a quick note that we had Nicolas from Custom Reports do some custom work on our sales invoice. The work was done quickly and accurately, and Nicholas was very accommodating when we needed him to add a few final touches to create the final version.
I'm sure we will use his services again, and recommend Custom Reports for other Stone Edge users needing this type of work.

Just a follow up, we had Nicolas do a custom invoice for us that is we also use as a packing list also. Works great and he was extremely responsive to issues we had. On the invoice we have a separate section that shows "Items on backorder" with their estimated in stock dates and also a section at the bottom of the invoice showing dropships or "Shipping from manufacturer". This way, customers will know if all items are not in the shipment they can see backordered items and also if some items will be coming separately. We are getting a lot less emails/calls on "where is x item?" which is nice.

Nicholas created a custom packing slip for us that was fantastic. It included a bar code for UPS Worldship scanning as well as an equipment label for marketing. He answered our questions and tweaked it so it worked properly on our custom integrated label paper. We have used him a couple of times before and will use him again for other projects.

I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the customer service that I just received from Nicolas. He made a report for us a few years ago and it has worked great. We just updated our SE and it caused problems with the data on the report. Nicolas spent about an hour figuring out what this problem was and fixed the report for us. He didn't charge a dime for doing this! That is what I call service after the sale! Thanks Nicolas.

I'm a stone edge newbie, and read good reviews of Nicolas' work here.
We were in desparate need of customized invoices, and quick. Nicolas' work was prompt & professional. He even offered tech support to help upload the customized reports, because the general instructions didn't quite work for our system. Our CEO loves the new design, and we are grateful to have found someone so talented and reliable.

Nicolas just completed a very nice custom invoice for us that replaces the packing slip and invoice we formerly used. Original development time was very good, and he quickly handled our changes and revisions. After using it two days, my pickers/packers only suggested one minor change, which was something I had not thought of rather than any lapse on his part. It has been a big success internally and is saving us time when we download orders. Plus, we look more professional to our customers.

We are quite happy with his work and are already discussing a second project with him.

Nicolas has done a custom packing slip for us that is exactly what we needed. He also put together a custom locations database together for us for what I feel was a very reasonable price. The best part is that in both instances he made minor revisions to get it just the way we wanted it.

Nicolas was great to work with! He completed a sales tax by county report for us. He gathered all the necessary information and asked the right questions before getting started - he was clearly aware of any potential issues, some of which we hadn't fully considered. Since he takes the time to understand your needs upfront, there aren't any misunderstandings or surprises later. He was fast and professional.

Nicolas created a great "sell thru" report for us that calculated number of units and dollar amount of items recieved vs what has sold and we can sort it by supplier, sku, and/or category for any time period. It has proven very useful as we have to make all our product orders approximately 9 months ahead of when we will actually need this product. He was also unbelievably patient and thorough in making sure it worked completely within my system and even remotely logged in a number of times to help set it up and troubleshoot.

Just a quick note to say Nicolas has done an excellent job on our custom report. Completed within the timescale and works as required.

Nicolas is amazing.

He did a very complicated Sales Receipt for us.

There were some issues with it which had to be tweaked - which we expected due to the complexity - and he immediately went right to work and corrected them.

The Sales Receipt is a major asset to our business and we look forward to working with him over the years.

I'll add my two cents here - I used Nicolas for a rather complicated report on figuring California Sales tax.
His price was inexpensive, and he was very professional. I highly recommend him for reports. I plan to use him again for our next custom report.

Nicolas just created two great reports for us and a custom packing slip.

1) Product Sold report that I can search on by anything in the name field. So if I want to pull a report of one brand that has say "widget" in the product name field it will pull and display totals sold for any product with widget in the product name field. It was a royal pain to use the built in stone edge report because you had to know the exact sku and it was very hard to generate a usefull report this way. I used the report today when ordering from suppliers so I would know exactly how many to order based on that products history. I also plan to use this report to set re order points for all my inventory. Now I can easily set a date range and get a list of quantity sold for a certain time frame on a certain product set.

2) Inventory Report. This report is similar to the above report where I can easily filter out a brand to run a inventory report on. I can search by anything in the name field or by supplier. This allows me to print specific inventory reports that I can give to my guys to spot check or do complete inventory checks in the warehouse. Nicolas also built in an excel export so we can then enter in the correct QOH in the spread sheet and upload it back to SE so we can maintain correct inventory levels.

3) Custom packing slip that shows kits a lot better. My warehouse guys were shipping double qtys because the packing slip built in to SE does not distinguish in any way when there is a kit. Now the main kit name is bolded and the parts that make up the kit are italized so there will be no more packing mistakes shipping kits.

I plan to have Nicolas do some more reports for me in the future as soon as we are settled in to our new warehouse.

Nicolas just finished a custom report for me on Sales Person Details Report with taxes for the POS section. It works great and the turnaround was fast, the price was extremely reasonable. We had Nicolas create a report that would give us a list of our customers with their total spend for a given time period, and the amount spent for the same period for each of the previous three years. It is exportable to Excel, which allows us to see which customers are spending more or less based on their history.

Nicolas was very professional, and worked with me to tweak the report so that it did exactly what we needed it to do. I will definitely use him again!

Nicolas makes very professional reports and intuits what the customer wants well. He is very polite and responds quickly to email communications. He seems to be busy with this work sometimes so I would give him some more advance notice next time. :) That being said, his work adds features to Stone Edge that are indispensable for our operations.

We asked Nicolas to design a report for us that just showed all orders that came in for a specific date range - regardless of status and in their original state (before returns/exchages/ect). The final report was perfect, just what we were looking for!

Nicolas made a custom report for me that shows what our turnaround time is for products we ship. It compares the Yahoo order date/time to the actual ship date. Very useful for setting and monitoring turnaround time goals for our business. Nic got the report done in about 2 days for me, and it works great.
